Can one change individually the notification scheme of a project?

Hello community,

As an admin I'd like to change the notification scheme of my project, to change the way emails are sent with the jira notifications. Nevertheless there are other people/colleagues that are part of the project and I would like to change the notification scheme only for me without changing it for the others. Is it possible or as soon as I changed it for the project, it would be changed for everybody?  I already know the possibilty of changing the way emails are sent due to a subscription but I would like to know if It's possible the way I described it above.

Hello,

If you edit the notification scheme for a project, you edit it for all users. If you want to setup certain notifications only for your user, you should make sure, that your user is not included in any notifications, which you do not want to receive either directly or via role or a group. You can add your user to the notifications, which you want to receive, either directly or via a group or a role.
