I am trying to change which credit card is used for payments.
I started to follow this guide: https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/manage-payment-methods/#Add-a-credit-card
To add a credit card:
1. Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.
2. From the left menu, select Payment method
3. Select Add payment details
4. Add your credit card information and select Confirm.
But I am not seeing any left menu as instructed in step 2 above :(
I am the "Org admin" in my organisation so I think I should be able to see it.
Any help is much appreciated.

This information seems outdated.
You need to select "Manage" option at the required product then you will end up at the billing.

There is still no payment options for me. Only "Change plan". But can not find any payment changes there either. See screenshot.

Are your licensed purchased via a vendor (Atlassian Partner)?
If so reach out to them or reach out to Atlassian Support

I reached this place because there was no way to find a contact form in Atlassian Support :( It sucks that I can not get in contact with their support.
