Can no longer login on test system after system restore from prod

Dear Jira Gurus ;)

Just restored the XML from production system onto a test system. Disabled external login and created admin accounts before making backup file cause I thaught this was causing the issue. Using jira 4.2

Cannot login using any of the accounts included in the xml backup.

http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA042/Retrieving+the+JIRA+Administrator is your friend here ;-) It's got several things you can try, but before going through it, I'd double-check that you're definitely using the internal stuff and you definitely have removed all mention of your external authentication (because last time I was fiddling with it, I forgot and spent an hour chasing my own tail)
