Can integrate on-premise AD with JIRA Cloud?

Can integrate on-premise AD with JIRA Cloud? If so, how to do it？

We'd like to using our organization AD account to access JIRA Cloud. Then we can only mangae the AD account for all atlassion product on cloud.

Yes, you can do this with Atlassian Access
