Hi, i have a few transition, QA Failed and UAT Failed that goes to the status Ready to Develop. I would like to show the used transition in the ticket in order to separate the issues in Ready to Develop that comes from QA or UAT, from the ones that comes from the backlog. But also to be able to filter on the transition if possible
Previously I had a QA Failed, and a UAT Failed status but to simplify the workflow i want to use the transition for the same purpose.
Similar I would like to have an On Hold status, with a the transitions Client Input, Internal Input.
A work around is to have a custom field with an automation that adds the transition but i hoping there is an easier way?

I think the custom field is going to be your best option.
