I have recently noticed an increase in our monthly cloud based Jira invoices.  Upon review I have noticed a a charge for all our users, for a Plug In called "Microsoft teams Jira Connector Cloud for Jira Core"...can anybody advise how I can find out who has requested/installed this plug in?  I assume a Site Admin would be the only one who can, I just don't know who has.  I've checked audit logs etc, yet cant find anything.

Thanks in advance

Any of your administrators could have added it.  But go to "manage apps" and look for "audit log" at the bottom of the page.  It should show all the installers.

You will find some "anonymous" entries - these are either Cloud default apps added during the system creation or someone who has been removed from your system, so it no longer has a name for them.

Thanks @Nic Brough -Adaptavist-  I had gone into the audit log but it did show as "anonymous". I have since discovered that one of my admins "thinks" they may have signed up for the 'free trial' which subsequently reverted to subscription after the 30days.  It actually never worked with our systems so was a waste anyway, so I've cancelled it.

Thanks for your time!
