Can i enable "NEW JIRA EXPERIENCE" (the new slick U.I.) in Jira Server? (not Cloud)

I am using the on premises version, Jira Server (7.7.0), and i can't find the "New Jira Experience" option - is it available for Jira Server or is it on Jira Cloud?
