Can activity section be moved within the layout of task card?

Is it possible to have the activity section be moved to the right hand side of the task card? This will just make it easier to view.

No, this is how it was hard coded by Atlassian. As an alternative, you can use activity stream in your dashboard, but this is not only focused on project.
