Can JIRA/Confluence developer license be used for more than one instance? One Test and one Sandbox?

Currently using dev licenses for a a test environment, but would like to have an additional instance a Sandbox/Training environment.

You can use the developer licence many times - just not for your "real" production system.

You may create more than one license key if running multiple pre-productions, for example, development, testing, and QA, servers.
