Can I switch on notifications "[Someone] has uploaded a new version. Reload?" like in Confluence?

Hi community, I would like to get a message box that informs me, when someone has changed something on a story I'm working on - and vice versa :-) This is possible in Confluence and works good enough, so that I wish to have such a feature also in Jira. I am working in a company-managed setting. Does anyone have an idea?

Unfortunately there is no such option available in Jira. There is a change request related to this to which you can add your vote and comments:
