Can I switch from Annual to Monthly Billing? Can I get money back prorated for noth used months?

You can cancel your annual subscription, which will continue until the end of the current term. Before it expires, you can sign up for the monthly plan. You can reach out to our billing team in Atlassian , they will assist you.
