Can I start JIRA/Confluence services without logging in as a specific user?

I have JIRA and Confluence running as Windows services on a windows machine. As far as I can see, those services would only get started when a user logged in. I'm wondering if there is a way to keep both services running when all users are logged off? Any hint/answer would be highly appreciated!

Run the command prompt as an administrator.
