I am setting up a test environment and was trying to get the progress bars on BigGantt to show progress based not on hours logged but on completed/in-progress tasks.
The way I attempted this was setting the custom synchronization settings for the Progress field to "Task progress". This did not seem to work however as the value for progress in BigGantt is zero for everything.
I read several different forum posts and external help guides but nearly everything I found required a time-entry based system for progress tracking.
Is there a way to do it only tracking completed tasks? If so, how do I set this up?
