When I see Sprint report in JIRA it contains individual sprint information as Done, removed, cancelled etc so it give a clear picture on sprint wise what we planned and what we done. We need to see overall for the project what is the planned and accomplished. If I sum up the storypoints / story count from each sprint report for planned it give a count which is more than actual count. Because there are stories moved from one sprint to other. In this calculation it counts same story as planned in multiple sprints. So the planned value become a never achievable total, even if you accomplish all stories done. ( as it includes multiple counts of same story planned in multiple sprints as it move from one sprint  to other)

Is there any JIRA Chart or any other way I get actual project planned and accomplished excluding the carryforward story points counted only once in planned.

Presently we are counting it manually it is a long time consuming process, also manual error can happen.

You can use Epic, Release, Version, Roadmap in Jira to define highlevel plan, that make you have overview/big picture about your project progress
