Can I restrict the Schedule Permission to a specific issue type

Apologies if this is asked somewhere else.

I want all bugs that are raised, assigned to our current (active) sprint NOT backlog. I really don't want to give a schedule permission to everyone, as that will get abused.  But I really don't want to be dragging and dropping bugs into the active sprint all day long.

Any one got any suggestions?

Schedule permission is granted at project level, so you need to grant it to everyone who needs to work with the backlog if they're going to be scheduling things.  Issue type doesn't matter.
