Can I move tickets related to a Done epic back to in progress?

I accidentally moved an Epic to "Done," and it moved all the tickets associated with that Epic to "Done" as well (even the in-progress tickets). Is there anything I can do to undo this?

There is no "undo" button in Jira.

Natively, Jira does not automatically close all the child issues of an Epic when the Epic is done. It is possible that your Jira has been customized to do that. 

Whether or not you are allowed to individually move such issues backward in the workflow from Done to In Progress depends entirely on whether or not the customizations made to your Jira will allow that.

Since we are not the administrators of your Jira, we can't actually answer that question.

You should contact the Project Administrator for the project in which you work and put the question to them.
