Hi,
In the "Agile Estimating and Planning" book there is a really nice release burndown. It sets the initial scope at the beginning of the sprints for that release and if new tickets are added, extending the scope, they are added below the 0 mark on the Y axis.
Here is how it looks: https://imgur.com/a/Ar1VW
The idea is that this burndown shows both if the initial planning is on track and how much the extra scope would push the release further.
Can Jira do this? How can I configure it to do this?
In the past we had a setup with Trello + Google docs where we had some custom scripts in Google Docs that pulled data from Trello and showed this chart. This is super useful. I really wish I had this in Jira so please tell me if you know anything about this feature.
Thank you,
Andrei
