Can I have user permission only to create projects on Jira?

Hello,

I found a similar question in another topic (here) on this forum, including answers about it. Still, I am looking for an alternative: is it possible to give a user permission to create a project, but without changing schemes, workflows, and so on?

There is not functionality for this out of the box, but you could do it with an app like this one.
