Can I export Jira issue data from a suspended Atlassian Cloud site without renewing the subscription

Our Atlassian Cloud site has been suspended because the subscription was not renewed. When accessing the site, we see the message:

"Your Atlassian Cloud products are suspended. Your subscription for Atlassian Cloud hasn't been renewed."

We would like to retrieve our Jira data for backup purposes and are wondering if there is any way to export the data without renewing the subscription.

The data we need includes:

  • Issue titles (summaries)
  • Issue descriptions
  • (current sprint)

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there any export or recovery option available for suspended Jira Cloud sites, or is renewing the subscription the only way to access and export the data?

Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi @Hiep Nguyen Van

No you can't as the instance is offline, so you can't logon.

So you need to raise a support ticket to re-enable the instance.

If the instance has been suspended for quite some time it could be that all data has been already deleted.
