Can I do a bulk permissions change on my filters? If so, how?

I have multiple filters that I have created with no sharing.  I would like to share these.  Do I have to change their permissions individually or is there a way to select a group of them and apply the same permission changes?

as Jack said it is not possible - but there is a Suggestion open with Atlassian which you could vote for.

By voting you signalize the topic is important to your team. Likeliness is higher that a Suggestion will be considered for later versions when there is a reasonable amount of votes.
