I currently have two teams that work on issues within the same Jira Project. One team is office based and primarily uses the desktop version. So that is no issue, we can configure screens and layouts very easy.
However, the issue appears when the other half of the team is restricted to mobile use due to being out in the field all the time. It would be really helpful to be able to tailor the information displayed depending on what type of device the end user is using. Carrying a laptop around to complete work is not really ideal in our use case.
If anyone has any suggestions I would be very appreciative to hear them.
