I have 4 team members who do work across multiple Jira projects (yes, not ideal). Standup is rough because I'm doing a filtered list, but can't set priority per team member, etc. Some of these projects are sprints and some Kanban. Is there an easier way to do this that I'm not thinking of?

Hello @Jodi Jones ,
Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)
Yes, you can create a single board to show tickets from multiple projects. Boards are just visual representation of the JQL filter its associated with.
I hope that helps. Thank you!

Hello, @Jodi Jones
If you are interested, there is also a 3rd party solution available for this task in Marketplace.
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1113497994
It alows you to create a single board from multiple projects and also filter tasks by assignee or priority (which is usefull for the standup process).
Hope this helps

Hi @Jodi Jones
Just to accompany the previous answer. If you'd like to get it more visual and are ok with adding a third-part app, then you can have a look at Planyway for Jira. The app provides numerous timelines (grouped by team members, teams, projects, epics, and components) and lets you view work items across multiple Jira projects on one page. Really handy for standups.
