Can I change from a Next Gen Project back to a classic project type?

Need to switch a project from Next Gen to a Classic Project type. How do I switch this back? It is affecting other projects we have and our processes because we can't sync them together...

You can bulk move issues from next-gen to classic projects.

Migrate between next-gen and classic projects
