Can I add the System Team field as required in the Create transition?

I have added other custom fields as part of a validator in the Create transition but when I add the Team field it does not function correctly. It functions as the Team field is empty even though it is populated with a valid value.
Our Jira Configuration has two Team fields one for Jira the other for Tempo. Could this be causing the issue?

It turned out that the behavior you're encountering is related to the following bug:

• JRACLOUD 70257  Field Required Validator doesn't show all fields with the same name
