Can Atlassian split billing and invoices by user email domain?

We are using a single Atlassian (Jira) site, but our users belong to different companies
and use different email domains.

We would like to know if Atlassian supports separate billing and invoices
based on user email domain.

Specifically, we would like:
- One invoice for users with the following domains:
joygame.com
gaminginturkey.com

- A separate invoice for users with these domains:
madbytegames.com
ingamegroup.com
sourenagames.com

All users are currently on the same Atlassian site.

Is it possible to configure billing this way?
If not, what are the recommended or best-practice approaches?

Thank you for your post.

In my experience is not possible, there is only one invoice and is not based on user domain. I suggest to confirm it creating a support ticket for Sales from here .

@Matteo Vecchiato is right. The owner of the site is billed.

And this can't be configured

If you want to split the cost your company should bill the other companies using the product.
