Hi Martin,

To confirm this is using the Importers Plugin and the information from this article, correct? I want to make sure this isn't involving a 3rd party add-on.

In order to see what's happening in the background you'll need to actually check your Jira server logs. This will show you an error message that will help you understand what the problem is. Let us know if you have any trouble.
