CSV File Import Question

Hello, 
I am trying to import a CSV file into a new instance of Jira.  
The CSV file contains users that are no longer with the company.

The error I am receiving indicates that names in the "Reporter" field are not users, thus the instance associated with them will not be imported.

Error is below, please let me know what the best course of action would be.

• Issue can't be created due to the error/s [ The reporter specified is not a user.; User 'lastname,firstname' does not exist. ]

Hi Ted,

You need to use the email address of the user in that column for Reporter.
