CRITICAL – Jira Site Access Blocked for Organization Owner (Team Fully Down)

Hello Atlassian Support Team,

This is a CRITICAL business-blocking issue. I am the Owner of the Atlassian Organization, as well as a Billing Admin, and our Jira site was previously active under a upaid subscription. we want to make a payment subscription and I cant! The subscription was suspended, and during that process the site was migrated to our organization.

Right now, I cannot access the Jira site at all, and my entire team is completely locked out of our workspace, halting all development, deliveries, and internal operations.


🔴 The Space/Page shows the following error:

“Sorry, you can't view this page”
“This page is available to Jira users only. Reach out to your administrator to request Jira access.”

And another variation:
“This page is available to Jira users only.”
"Reach out to your administrator to request access."

Here is one thing to check:

The message indicates that your user account does not have access to the site.

You said that the site was migrated to a different Organization.

Are you the Organization Administrator of that other Organization?

An Organization Administrator for that other Organization needs to ensure that the Atlassian Cloud account you are using has been granted access to the site and access to the Jira product. In the move of the site to the other Organization it is possible that the user access information may not have migrated.

If that does not address your issue then I second @Sebastian Krzewiński 's recommendation that you open a support case directly with Atlassian Technical Support. As a user community we don't have access to your Organization, product subscription information, or user account information so cannot directly help you.
