CLAUDE MCP with Atlassian

Hi, 

I'm writing to report a regression in the Atlassian MCP server affecting Jira Product Discovery (JPD) Insight creation.

Until last week, I was able to create Insights on JPD ideas directly via the Atlassian MCP (connected through Claude). This week, the capability is no longer available,  the relevant tool no longer appears when the MCP is queried.

Details:
Tool affected:Create Insight on JPD idea (Polaris)
No changes made on our side between when it worked and when it stopped
Last known working: approximately week of 16 June 2026

This appears to be a regression introduced in a recent MCP server update. Could you confirm whether the JPD Insights tool was intentionally removed or if this is an unintended breaking change?
