Hi Team,

Our JIRA is hosted on xyz.com and we have another tenant at abc.com. In the CC section of the portal when we raise a ticket from the associated account (xyz.com), it shows both xyz.com and abc.com users. Since most of our tickets come from ( abc.com ), users aren't displayed.
Does there exist a way to communicate between domains and tenants
It is very hard to mention users in CC for follow-ups and approvals
Even if we manually enter the email address, it doesn't allow us to fill out the required fields.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You'll need your people to use the same account for logging into both systems.

How are your systems dong user accounts?  Atlassian accounts, google accounts, or with Atlassian Access?

Hi Nic,

There are actually 2 Departments , One is xyz.com at where Jira is hosted and the other is abc.com .

When user sign ups with xyz.com basically its showing up the entire 2 departments mail ids.
When user sign ups with abc.com its not showing up any of the mail ids from both departments accounts.

My question is like can we sync both departments users accounts with different domains .Any questions please do revert back.

Thanks & Regard's
