CA-1367400 Purchasing and Licensing Request: Payment issues

Hi

I tried to pay for Quote AT-137718669 with a credit card in the way Alyssa told me, but I get a payment error as shown in the picture.The contents of the error are as follows.

"There was a problem processing your payment. Please review your payment information and try again."
I also inquired about this issue with the credit card company, but the credit card company said it was not a card issue.Could you please give me an answer to this?
