Si se refiere a un proyecto de Jira, solo los administradores de esa instancia de Jira pueden quitarle el acceso.
No existe ningún método para que un usuario final elimine su propio acceso a una instancia de Jira.

If you are referring to a Jira project, only the Administrators of that Jira instance can remove your access to it.
There is no method for an end user to remove their own access to a Jira instance.
