By "update a product URL" do they mean to change slash wiki to something else?

it explains how you can update products URLs. Does this mean you can update mycompnanyname.atlassian.net/wiki/ for example to mycompnanyname.atlassian.net/teamspaces/ in the case of Confluence product URL?

It means that you can change the site name...

example I can change from this - mycompnanyname.atlassian.net/teamspaces/

to this - newname.atlassian.net/teamspaces/
