In the previous release, it was possible to easily cycle through previous/next versions of a project with helpful buttons.
Now, it requires navigating to the Releases page, disabling the filter that hides released versions, find the previous version, and click it.
Please add the links to the previous/next version back.
@Albertus_Boer , I’m not familiar with this feature as I am on Cloud. With that said, this is a forum largely consisting of user like yourself. Your feedback might be best suited for Atlassian Support directly.
I already did that. I went to the exact same page you linked to, followed the steps, and wrote my original message. This was after a lot of searching and an attempt to create an issue in Atlassian's own bug tracker, which only links me to the same support page.
In JIRA 6.x the Versions page would show the previous and next version, allowing the user to easily cycle between versions. Additionally, this page would show the normal issue navigator, allowing custom columns to be visible. Now it requires an extra click on "View in Issue Navigator" to view the extra columns.
Recently, I upgraded our main JIRA system to 7.13.1 from 6.x. I was then called up by management because this feature was missing. I can't find anything about the change, and apparently, it's no longer possible to revert to the old design.
