We have multiple forms for internal staff to submit requests to marketing. Once submitted, all of the forms are marked with the business-form tag. Is there a way to customize a tag that would show where each task has been submitted from (ex. if submitted from the Email Form, add a tag for email-form.)?
You can do that as the new issues come in. There are several ways to accomplish it. Are you using an email handler to create the issue or are you using the API?
