Hi there - I updated the worklflow on the projects and ever since doing so my completed tickets are not marked as resolved.
I will add a screenshot just now. --- I have tried tweaking the statusses because I cannot edit this in the standard way as software projects.
Again - it is not because I have two done statusses - tried multiple transitions and flows, bulk transitions from end to end through the work flow- no joy.
Please help :)
