Burndown chart issues

Juan Herrera August 5, 2019

I need to understand why some issues in the burndown chart are not being counted in the issue count even when they were included before start the sprint. What's the criteria used in this case? In the image see cases 3932, 3943 and 3941, they were not counted when they were marked as completed. Any ideas?

Could you compare an issue that is correct with one that is missing?  -3932 vs -3936 - status, resolution, issue type, summary are what we need to see (the structure, not exact content, obscure what you need to).  Also what status are in the "done" column on the board?

I compared them and I didn't find differences. They're Stories, the resolution in both is Fixed and the status is Done, which is included in the Done column on the board.

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- can you see my last comment? Any idea of what's going on with this report? Do you think it's something related with Stories added after start the sprint?
