BulkClone Crashed (error 500)

During as bulkclone the server lost connection....refresh it and try again...then in that instance during de processs the system crashed cloning issues from a project to another.

Hi @Romell Avendaño 

From my understanding you are cloning issues from one project to another. If this is the case, and your error persists, I suspect the operation requires more resources than it currently has. 

In this scenario, I will recommend opening a ticket directly with Atlassian seeing as you are using JIRA cloud and they are the ones who can access the main log and manage the resources of each server.

Before that, you could try cloning your issues in batches that would reduce how long the actual clone process takes and workaround the 500 error you reported.

Once again if this doesn’t work please raise a ticket at support.atlassian.com.
