Hi,
I got an question from a project user - she wanted to execute a bulk update on several issues, but in the 3-Dot-menu/"horizontal ellipsis" of JIRA the option "Bulk update" (and csv export) is not visible. I can see the options.
The user has the role "project administrator" (same as me, but I have site admin rights, too), and I didn't find any specific option in the Permission settings of the project. Any ideas how to fix this would be highly appreciated:-)
Thanks a lot,
Peter
Go to Global Permissions and check Make bulk changes permission.
Further info: Manage global permissions
Thank you @Tansu Akdeniz - I hit the refresh button and saw your answer now. Right, I searched for it again in the global permission settings after I had posted my question.
Have a nice day!

Answer for myself: it's a global permission setting, not a project permission setting... got it
