×I'm trying to bulk resolve a long list of tickets but I keep getting this error:
We’re unable to transition to this status
This status has a required transition screen. To transition work items to this status, you’ll need to use our original bulk change experience.
Go to the original bulk change experience
I am trying to move these tickets to a resolved state so I need to set a Resolution but I can't set that first via an Edit Fields bulk change so it seems like this feature is now completely unusable. I tried clicking on "Go to the original bulk change experience" but it just takes me back to the Issue Navigator results. Does anyone know of a workaround? Or is this yet another working feature Atlassian decided to take away?

You can access the original experience by clicking the meatball menu in the upper right corner and then select Bulk change work items:

@Kathy Barton, you're welcome! Admittedly, the user experience isn't ideal, considering that everything else has pop-ups or highlights. It can get lost in the shuffle. I'm glad it's working now!

It was the clickable link in the error message that just took me back to the Issue Navigator that threw me off :D
