We have 150 requirements in an Excel sheet and these need to be added to Jira.

I would like to confirm if their is a import functionality available in JIRA to bulk import user stories and group them to a EPIC

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Yes, see https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/

To group them into an epic, include the field "epic link" in the import
