Bulk changes not available

Frequently, i use to change some records of my Jira, using jql sentences and then, with the result of that query, need to make changes for all those records.

I use to make those changes by using the ... option at the upper right section of the window, but now that option is not more available.

Could you help me please?.

Can you share a screen image of what you see?

To make Bulk Changes you must be granted the Global permission for Make Bulk Changes. Your Jira Administrators may have restricted that permission, or you may have been removed from the user group(s) that were granted that permission. You would need to contact the Jira Administrators for your Jira instance to get assistance in either of those cases.

Thank you very much. The problem has been generated by changes made to my users privileges, when the administrators change it to a group of users.
