Bulk change taking very long

Hi community,

I am trying to make a bulk change but I get the following message. the bulk is not working. What can I do?

It says it is working - that's not an error. Did it complete? What happens if you click on Refresh?

Hi John, thanks for your feedback! Unfortunetly, nothing happens. The progress is at 0% and the operation is not executed.

So the progress above says 60%. Does it not get past that?

Have you tried on another browser or with Incognito window?

When I open it in Edge, it gets me this error:

Well, that's not good. Are you on Jira Cloud, Server or DC?
