Bulk Disable and Anonymize Users

Hi All,

I'm looking for a way to bulk disable users and anonymize them within Jira Cloud?

Hi @Michael Dimitriadis ,

What you've asked for has 2 different asks,

* Bulk Disabling

* Anonymize past users

Bulk disabling won't make the user data anonymous, it will just show the user name with (Inactive) appended at the end.

You can try using these plugins or API

https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/admin/organization/suspend-user/

For the other part of the question, to Anonymize user data, you need to delete the user from your site/organization.
