Build Table in Issue Screen

Hello,

I am trying to create something similar to the attached table in the issue screen. This does not need to show to the "creation" of the issue. Each field has a specific value assigned to it, so whenever it is selected a formula starts calculating. 

Also, how would I go about making a field that updates automatically based on which radio button in the table is selected?

I think you can use a table grid field in your Jira and do this job with it.

Hi. I am trying to get it to work, but the selection isn't working. Any idea on how to get the radio buttons available to select that box?
