Hello
I just installed in prod (https://giesimm.valiantys.net/secure/Dashboard.jspa) the Bigpicture 8.11.0 update but when updating the database (at the dump stage) there was a crash and since Bigpicture no longer works.
Thank you for your help

Please let us know what appears at log file level. Btw, my suggestion is to contact vendor through the following portal https://jira.bigpicture.one/servicedesk/customer/user/login?destination=plugins/servlet/desk/portal/1
