Hi there,
i am trying to invite an user. Unfortunately I am getting an error message:
"We're unable to invite users. At least one user has an account that is deactivated or suspended. Resorte their acess..."
But when i try to find that user, i am getting another message, that the selected user doesnt exist.
So what do i do? I keet turning in circles and cant get the user onboarded.

Hi @Irene , are your users managed by Atlassian Access via a verified domain? I guess not since you indicate that you are on a Free product plan.
Is that user able to login into his/her account via id.atlassian.com or start.atlassian.com?
Hi Dave, I am on a free plan and the user doesnt have an atlassian account yet. I have tried this morning to add him again and I am getting the same error messages.

Does that user belong to an organization which manages their account?
