Bug or configuration error with Deployment insights

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
The deployment tab shows my deployments OK. But I get the following error when trying to access Deployment Reports and Deployment Insights.
Is this a Jira app or should something else be configured?
