Jira ticket was getting creating while sending mail to particular mail id until last week. It is not generating bug tickets now. Can someone help to figure out the issue?

Please note: Jira Software can receive emails from licensed users to create issues or add comments and attachments automatically
If the configuration is not present, then please go through below link to configure as required

I have the same configuration. It's stopped working for the past couple of days. I am having these kind of issues intermittently.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
In this case, you need to contact Atlassian support in https://support.atlassian.com/contact/. They can investigate the logs.
