my name is Kiran i am working as QA.while reporting bugs in Jira software i found some difficultly we can also say that is bug.
1)when i directly raising a bug by clicking on + sign which is on left hand side which open a pop up.in description text area when i click to upload file it open one pop up after selecting file there is no "OK" button is displayed and page is also not scrolling .
please have a look to the video for better understanding which i captured.
It looks like it was taking a long time for one or your recent uploads to finish loading. I think you have to wait on that and then click the Upload a file button again. That should open another popup where you can browse your computer.
